Report: Tottenham could make second bid for ‘incredible’ player Conte desperate to sign

Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur could make a second bid for AS Roma attacking midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo soon, according to Quotidiano Nazionale .

The report has claimed that Tottenham have made an opening offer of £30 million for Roma star Zaniolo turned down.

However, Tottenham and Roma remain in talks over the transfer of the 23-year-old attacking midfielder.

Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte is pushing for Zaniolo and has  asked the North London club ‘for an economic effort’ to get a deal done.

Quotidiano Nazionale has claimed that Tottenham could make a second bid for the 23-year-old soon, adding that Conte’s former club Juventus are also keen on Zaniolo, described as a footballer who has “incredible potential” by former AS Roma player Zbigniew Boniek in New Sound Radio this month.
