Rangers have been offered Patrick Cutrone but any move for another striker would depend on the future of Alfredo Morelos.
The Gers have focused on adding attacking talent this summer.
Antonio Colak has come from PAOK in as a key centre forward addition, giving Giovanni van Bronckhorst another goal threat.
Rabbi Matondo and Tom Lawrence will add goals and creativity too, whilst Malik Tillman’s versatility could see him feature in attack.
Rangers are unlikely to be busy in the transfer market heading into August, but one more striker is now being linked.
Rangers have been offered Patrick Cutrone
Calciomercato reported on Friday that Rangers are leading the race to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Patrick Cutrone.
That seems to have been exaggerating slightly though as Football Scotland claim that Rangers have just been offered the chance to sign the Italian.
That doesn’t mean that a deal is on the cards; far from it.
Rangers aren’t currently looking to do a deal for Cutrone or any other striker though.
Any deal for another striker would depend on the future of striker Alfredo Morelos, who continues to be linked away from Ibrox despite his injury issues.

Should Morelos leave, Rangers could then go and chase another striker, which may bring Cutrone into the picture.
Cutrone, 24, was tipped for big things at AC Milan having racked up 18 goals in the 2017-18 campaign.
Yet in the four years since then, Cutrone has managed just 20 goals.
A £23million move to Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2019 hasn’t paid dividends, recording just three goals in 28 games.
The Italian striker has been out on loan to Fiorentina, Valencia and Empoli but the goalscoring touch just hasn’t returned.
Cutrone looks to be a case of unfulfilled potential and Rangers should be wary of banking on a relatively high-profile striker whose form has been terrible in recent years.
