Better Call Saul season 6, episode 10 recap

Titled Nippy, episode 10 of Better Call Saul aired in the US on Monday, July 25, 2022.

With Jimmy now fully embracing his Saul Goodman side in the past, the episode switches focus back to Gene Takavic, Jimmy’s alias as the Cinnabon store manager post-Breaking Bad.

After a taxi driver named Jeff previously recognised Gene as Saul Goodman, Gene leans back into his Slippin’ Jimmy days and plans a scheme to get the heat off his back by befriending Jeff’s mother, Marion.

Gene offers to let Jeff in on “the game” in exchange for forgetting he ever saw him and together, they plan to rob a high-end department store at the mall where Gene works.

While Gene distracts the mall’s security guards with some Cinnabons, Jeff gets to work, pilfering thousands of dollars’ worth of goods.

Full of adrenaline after the heist, Gene considers buying a colourful Saul Goodman-style suit but eventually decides against it.
